Our goals as your Board are very simple:

Establish a fiscally responsible budget and reserve allocation so our way of life and property values are not negatively impacted
The Board will accomplish these goals through:

Open Board meetings that provide a Homeowner's Forum for floor discussion by our members on topics relevant to the community

Constant in-depth attention to contracts and operating expenses of the Association

Regular information sharing of financial and budget status to membership through Newsletter, special mailings and website

Timely feedback from Management regarding member-submitted Service Requests
